Vendor Fees are collected up front for an entire quarter

The price below is for the summer ‘26 quarter, which includes the following 3 months: July, Aug, & Sept

• A standard vendor fee for a 10×10 tent is $20/month

• If you need access to power, the fee is $25/month

• If you need 2 10×10 spaces for an XL setup, the fee is $45/month

Location: Trade between 5th and 6th in downtown Winston Salem.

Actual Market Address: 560 N Trade Street, Winston Salem NC 27101 

Street Closure: 7am to 3pm

Market time: 10am - 2pm

Load in: Vehicles must enter Trade at the 5th street entrance & exit via 6th. All vehicles MUST be off of Trade and parked elsewhere by 9:30am. Larger vehicles and box trucks are required to arrive early for load in between 8am-8:30am.

Parking: There is a parking garage on the corner of 6th & Cherry, as well as ample street parking on Liberty. There is also a lot on the corner of Cherry across from the downtown school. PLEASE DO NOT park your car on the 6th to 7th block of Trade, as we'd like to keep those spaces open for customers. 

Payment: Please see the DONATE button above. 100% of all donations, etc, go directly back into the market to keep it running!  

Market Rules: Just be nice to one another! And be patient! We're all in this together. If you sell out, you do not have to stick around. You are welcome to pack up and leave, but you will have to carry your items to your car as we will not allow cars back on the block until after 2pm. 

Weather: The market is rain or shine but in the unlikely event of severe weather, it will be rescheduled. 

Security: There are on-duty police officers stationed at each point of entrance.

Space: Everyone is automatically given a 10x10 space. If you need more or less room, please let me know. Tents are not required, especially if you have a smaller footprint and don't mind being outside.  

Music: DJ PS Edekot will be out spinning and providing us with good vibes. Please note this market is LOUD.

Power: We have limited power, but we do have it.

Bathrooms & sinks: We do have a restroom located at 560 N Trade Street. MAST General also has public restrooms. There will be a sign outside directing the way. There is also a large industrial sink in the building.
